Hello, All! My name is Toni Espinoza and I am the HR Specialist at New West Charter.
My journey in education started back in 2007 when I worked for the LEAP after school program for the Lennox District. During my time there, I was able to teach elementary and middle school students the fundamentals of sports and the importance of teamwork. About 6 years later, I moved on to join Environmental Charter Schools as the Office Manager where my love of charter schools began.
I have now been a part of the wonderful New West community since 2017. As the HR Specialist, I have the pleasure of supporting all of our staff from our office team to our teachers and outside vendors.
I am a CSUDH Alumni with a Bachelors in Advertising and Public Relations. Go Toros!
In my spare time, I enjoy watching the latest movie release with my husband or taking my dogs on long walks at the park.
