2021–22 Lottery Results

All questions relating to the 2021–22 Admissions Lottery should be directed to New West Admissions.


Updated Admissions information for the 2022-2023 School Year will be posted in December 2021.


Virtual Open House

Parents or legal guardians are encouraged to view the Open House session as vital information about our school philosophy, course offerings, and student and family expectations are discussed. Students are encouraged to view the presentation, but not required. All prospective families are welcome!


Virtual Open House Date & Time

Thursday, January 27 | Time: TBA

This session will cover all New West Charter programs: Middle School, High School, and NWC+.


Application Deadline

TBA All applications must be submitted before the application deadline.



For those families who did not "attend" an Open House and/or did not turn in an application by the deadline, you may submit an application to our Waitlist. Link will be posted soon.


Verification Period


Due to current health safety concerns, we are canceling on-campus verification and requesting email verification instead.


Admission Lottery


If the number of applications exceeds the available space, a public lottery determines admission and/or waitlist status.

Lottery results will be available on the school website on a date TBA.


Notification of Admission Status

TBA Admission letters and enrollment packets are mailed to admitted students.


Enrollment Deadline (New Students)

TBA Admitted students must return the completed enrollment packet and its required documents to the school office. If the enrollment forms are not returned by the deadline, admission for that student is forfeited and an admission notice is mailed to the next student on the waitlist.


Admitted Students Tours (Accepted Students Only)

Tours will take place TBA. Families who have been admitted will receive more information via email.


Students Admitted from Waitlist

Students on the waitlist are notified by phone if a space becomes available starting in June. If the enrollment packet and required documents are not returned by the deadline noted on the admissions email, admission for that student is forfeited and an admission letter and enrollment pack is sent to the next student on the waitlist.
