I was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. Growing up, I played softball and was a band member throughout college. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, visiting with my family, and watching movies.
I graduated from Illinois State University in May of 2019 where I earned a Bachelor's degree in both Math Education and Music. While at ISU, I was a member of the Big Red Marching Machine, Astronomy Club, Delta Omicron, and Math Ed Club. Recently, I earned my Master's in Curriculum and Instruction from American College of Education in July of 2022.
Teaching has always been my dream job because I love helping others realize their potential and gain confidence in their abilities. I am excited to start my second year of teaching here at New West Charter!
