Greetings everyone! I'm Rachel Hood, a San Fernando Valley native. My academic path led me to Cal Poly Humboldt where I delved into International Studies, complemented by a minor in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. Immersing myself in the cultures of Spain and France during my studies, I developed a profound passion for diplomacy.
An enthusiastic traveler at heart, I find joy in discovering new recipes, weekend hiking adventures, and exploring Los Angeles through the eyes of a curious tourist.
Only beginning to step into the realm of education, I am thrilled to be a part of the New West community. Eager to absorb knowledge from the seasoned professionals around me, I am committed to contributing my best to the success of both students and colleagues.
