The 6th grade team is excited to announce our first extra curricular field trip to the Natural History Museum and best of all; we get to sleep in a museum hall! Students will receive their flier and sign up sheets in science class. The cost is $110 and it includes dinner, late night snack on Friday and breakfast on Saturday morning. (This fee also covers camp costs, food, and transportation).

Payment and registration forms are due by Friday, September 30. Please make checks payable to New West Charter and put your child’s name and NHM in the notes. We also take money order, cash, and credit cards (forms available in the front office).

We will also need approximately 20 parent chaperones. Please contact Mr. Kanach by email if you are interested. Parent chaperones are expected to stay for the entire trip from beginning to end and have to pay an entrance fee of $75.00. Please make an additional payment of $75.00 to New West Charter School with “Parent Chaperone” in the memo box.
