Born and raised in New Britain, Connecticut, Coach Kowaleski relocated to Los Angeles two years ago in 2022. Coach K has been involved in sports and athletics since childhood. He has been involved in the fitness and nutrition industry since 2006 and has a lifelong passion for both.
Coach K has coached football and baseball on the east coast during young adulthood. After coaching, he transitioned to personal training and athletic conditioning in addition to nutrition coaching. With his lifetime experience, he is passionate about teaching the youth about fitness, nutrition, and most importantly how to live a healthy lifestyle.
Coach K attended Central Connecticut State University and graduated with high honors in 2014 with a degree in communication with the emphasis on public relations. Following that accomplishment, he graduated again from CCSU in 2021 with a teaching degree focused on physical education and crossed endorsed in health education. In addition to these degrees, he holds many other certifications such as a certified personal trainer certification through NASM and numerous food service industry certifications.
Prior to his education journey, Coach K worked in the service industry for over 20 years.
