Hello, I am Luis Cazarez, students at New West Charter know me as Coach C.
I was born and raised in South El Monte, CA. I attended Cal State Dominguez Hills where I studied Kinesiology with an emphasis in teaching. This is my seventh year at New West Charter as a Middle School PE coach. I am also the Middle and High School Athletic Director.
Last year I coached multiple sports for our Middle School Athletics. I coached the 8th-grade Boy's Basketball and the Boy's and Girl's middle school Soccer teams. I also coach at the high school level. I will be coaching the Boys and Girls Varsity Soccer team this year.
I am excited to start my 8th year and working with all of our amazing students and student-athletes.
