It is my third year here at New West Charter and I am so excited to be back! I love being in the classroom and watching my students grow both academically and socially.
I graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in General Science and a Minor in Biology. Sco Ducks! I got my Single Subject Teaching Credential in from California State University of Long Beach.
My teaching philosophy revolves around creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to ask questions, explore, experiment, and think critically. I strive to empower my students with the tools and skills necessary to become lifelong learners and critical thinkers.
Some of my hobbies include dancing, cooking, playing with my dog, and doing any physical activity that allows me to be outside.
