New West School Charter

New West Charter Middle School received its charter from the State of California in December 2001. The Charter defines how the school is established and how it shall be run. The charter was recently renewed by the State and the new five year charter from 2007 to 2012 is available to be read by the public, and we urge anyone interested to do so. Since it is a lengthy document, it is not practical to display it as a web-page. However, you can easily download it in PDF format.
